Tite-Fix and our employees are committed to learning and understanding the impact our business has on the environment and from this, improving our own sustainability. We recognise that in going about our daily operations, we have both a positive and negative effect on the environment. To this end we will strive to ensure that all aspects of our activities are conducted in accordance with sound environmental practices.

It is the aim of this policy to:

• Understand and work hard to reduce our consumption of natural resources, energy and material goods through improved efficiencies.
• Reduce waste by adopting improved operating practi ces, recycling waste materials where practical.
• Ensure waste is disposed of in a safe and responsible manner and following legislation.
• Invest in the development of sustainable packaging concepts and implement improved operational processes in relation to their impact on the environment.
• Communicate with shareholders both internally and externally at all levels of the business.
• Proactively educate, train & encourage employees in the importance of environmental responsibility.
• Work with customers to follow their procedures to achieve environmental goals.
• Continuously improve and review the process and comply with environmental legislation.

Tite-Fix aims to foster among its team, suppliers, customers, shareholders and local community an understanding of environmental issues in the context of our business, ensuring we continually improve our environmental impact.

With this policy we recognise our responsibility towards protection of the environment, and issue this statement as a commitment of both management and employees to minimising the impact of our operations.

This policy will be reviewed and updated in line with legislation, effectiveness and at regular intervals.
