The objective of this policy is to confirm Tite-Fix Ltd’s compliance with the REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) Directive.
The purpose of the REACH Directive is to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment= against harmful chemicals that have been listed as SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern). These regulations impact all participants within global supply chains who are manufacturing or importing substances in quantites of 1 tonne or more per year.
Tite-Fix have worked closely with all our supply chain partners to ensure our products comply with the REACH directive and can confirm those supplied either do not fall under scope of the directive or do not contain any SVHC substances in a greater concentration of >0.1% by weight.
We will continue to monitor the Directive and list of Substances of Very High Concern and when informed of any changes will work with our supply chain partners checking the requirements against the contents of our products and where appropriate take action, whether that be removing the substance in question or reducing the content to comply with legislative requirements.
